So I have gotten a job offer and accepted it but I start on the 16th October, 2 weeks from now. I am on JSA, now how does it work do i still get my JSA payment for the next 2 weeks while I wait to start the job? also I do a few weeks training for the job starting the 16th, does that count as actual work, can i claim JSA for them weeks also?

    Any advice would be appreciated

Your employer, not the taxpayer, should be paying you for the training. So ask your employer if you will be on the payroll from October 16th.
