    Is there any way I can get my 365 account unblocked without ringing BOI?

    Hi Flefv,

    Thanks for touch with us here.

    If your 365 PIN has been blocked through the mobile app you may have another PIN try remaining through the main 365 online web-page.
    If you have you are locked out of the main 365 online web-page you would need to call us on 0818 365 365 (or 00353 1 4044000 if you're abroad) and the advisers there will be able re-set your 365 online PIN.
