    Depends on what you want it for.
    If you want to go down the fields it's useless, for small jobs near the house it's handy.

    I bought a petrol hedge trimmer from them last year. It's done nothing but leak all over my garage and Aldi dont want to know about replacing it.

    Aldi chainsaws are a hit and miss I bought 2, one cut a serious amount of firewood before it gave trouble. The second saw didn't last a month, when they start giving trouble they aren't worth repairing.
