TB test notification, restrictions?

A quick question about TB test notifications and restrictions (or not)

Have a number of cattle belonging to another lad in a shed, on the B&B system.
They are due to be moved back to their own original herd in the next day or so.
    They are all in test.
I got notification of my annual herd test today, to be completed before end of November.
Now that's 2 months away, and all are in test, is there any restriction in me moving them back to their "home" herd online tomorrow?

    I don't think there's a problem. You're not locked up.
