I was due an order from a UK sports apparel site, I went to check the order status only to discover it has been listed as delivered.

I have ordered from this site before with no problems, the only difference is now the courier is listed as Hermes PS, never heard of them. Those anybody know if this crowd operate here? From other threads I'm suspecting that fastway are their agents here.

Go have a look in your green bin.

The bins weren't but I had look-around the front of the house couldn't see anything.

What does the tracking in Hermes say? Check tracking number on the fastway website or contact to check what their tracking number is.

Also Contact the store, explain you never got it so they can investigate.

I contacted the store and they got back to me with a copy of the invoice.
It had signed for in my name by somebody else despite the address and phone number being correct, but thankfully the store agreed to resent my order with no fuss this time by DHL which I have subsequently received.

O interesting, do you think it was a neighbour or the courier? It will get to the point where couriers will photograph you accepting the parcel for proof!

Can't be certain since the courier never contacted me but either wouldn't surprise me, It really shouldn't happen through.

If you re posting please use punctuation. Some full stops and commas would make it much easier to read.;)

Anyway, contact Boohoo and tell them that you haven't received the package. Its not your fault if they are using imbeciles that put packages into bins.
