Hi, had a car accident 3 years ago, suffered a back injury resulting in a slipped disc, was out of work for nearly a year, have had steroid injection into the spin and am awaiting to have another one. Its my understanding that my case is to be held at district level with a ceiling of 60k damages, if you think you are entitled to more should u mention it to your solicitor or can the judge move it to the high court if they thing you are entitled to claim for more. Thanks in advance

No I haven't, just taught from my consultations with him that this was going to the high court , bit disappointed when I saw the civil bill for the first time to see its in the district

Sorry, cannot give legal advice here. You should discuss these matters with your own solicitor. Thread closed

You need to speak to a solicitor about this.

Its common knowledge that if your costs for medical and way of life since the accident and in the future will exceed 60k then you can ask your solicitor about it but you will need to prove that obviously
