Hi there

Not sure if this is the right place but I thought it might be nice to have somewhere people acting as carer's for relatives can come and get a bit of support and have a bit of a moan if needed. There are days when I find it tough and I could do with a bit of a rant or virtual hug!

Background husband has ms and my son has autism. Son was is for minor surgery yesterday and it was a tough day and last night was rough he is in great form today but I am pretty shattered. Moved to the spare room as I had to check on son through the night and the lack of sleep the last few nights is messing with husbands ms. I have been eating chocolate all day so not good for my diet!

Mods feel free to move if there is somewhere more appropriate!
