    Why anyone would leave a possibly life changing decision in the hands of estate agents? Rent it yourself and have some control or else the landlord business is not for you.

    Imagine a world where people lived abroad but rented property they owned in Ireland. What a mad notion :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Exactly. Recipe for a disaster. Rented out to a third party by a second party. What could go wrong..
