Need some Mac help gaf. I attempted to install Mac OS high Sierra, only it went wrong somehow during installing, so I put into recovery mode, said to reinstall the Mac OS software from scratch, so it did it eventually, and it asked for a disk file password, which I had no clue of, it’s not the standard user password. So I put it into recovery again, tried to reinstall, tried turning it on while holding option and now it just endlessly takes me to the language selection screen, then telling me to reset my password, but whichever option I choose, it just says ‘there are no users to reset the password for’

Any help? Unable to access recovery or terminal screen right now either. I’ve scheduled one of those help calls with Apple for tomorrow morning.
