Sky Q order problem

    Hi there, I just ordered sky Q online. on my phone when I log in it says we were unable to process your order online please ring us, however when I log in with my laptop all is okay. I ordered online to get the free tv, I won't get the tv if I ring them. Can someone please advise me on what I should do? Thank you

    Did you get a confirmation email? If so, what did it say?

    You can setup an sky id to track your order.

    Hey jimmy,I got a confirmation email stating that they would be out to set it up in two weeks.set up my sky id and in tracking it says they'll be out to set up next month I think the 9th.but still when I sign in on my phone it says they're was an error in setting up my account,I'll have to wait for sky to get back to me tomorrow hopefully,or later this morning I should say
