Played with a guy once who was all over the shop on a links course on a very windy day. Always seemed to find his ball. Finished with the ball he started. Heard afterwards he had a hole in his pocket to drop balls through

Yep, fella like that in our club, never loses a ball, but still buys new balls in the proshop every week:)
