Really cheap Chinese watches on Ebay

Wondering if anyone has any experience with these, as I'm considering ordering one for a stocking stuffer. For clarification, I'm not talking about the replicas some people buy, but just the generic type ones you can get for 2 euro or under, including postage. Just whether they can keep time, look relatively decent, and don't have some noxious chemical in the band of the watch left over after a hasty manufacturing process.

I recently bought one I'm happy with but it cost a little more-about 5 Euro. It keeps time fine and looks better in person than in the picture, as it looked really oversized modelled on tiny Chinese wrists.

My OH has a rake of them, she wears a different one each week and if they break its no biggie.
