Revez combo dropped epg

My revez hdts850 just dropped the preloaded epg. Only things I can think of that the box may not have liked is either a couple of tripped switchs in the last week or maybe someone's pressing pause and we have no storage connected. Last one not likely I know. A bit of a pain manually sorting channels. Has anyone had this…
