Hi All, just wondering what an average allowance per internal door would be on a build?

Ours is 300 per door, ex vat, supply only. I believe this is generous and only hope to spend half that.

For the record OP, this total doesn't include hanging, or ironmongery. We were pricing up engineered doors at the weekend at €145 ex vat, so hoping we can stay well within budget here.

The devil is in the detail..

    Separate line item for architraves?

    Yes. I do.

You know what, it would have been so much more useful if you had posted that originally instead of an unnecessary sarcastic reply.

    To give you an idea.
I recently purchased 12 internal oak shaker doors, frames and associated architrave, handles and hinges and locks. All Deanta doors etc

9 were solid one panel shakers and 3 were one panel frosted glass.
I also got 50m of the matching skirting.

€3600 was the total from The Grange in Baldoyle.
Fitting is costing me €1200 extra.
I had to buy a flush bolt extra which was €4.45
