Hi guys, I have a few questions around getting a new gas boiler installed into a semi-d in Douglas / Cork City. The one that is currently installed is cutting out after about 30 seconds, but it's also about 15 years old and no one wants to touch it as it is an unusual brand.

1) What boiler would you recommend that I won't have problems getting services going forward?

2) How much would I expect to pay for the new boiler (middle of the road) and install?

3) It's a small house, about 1000 ft sq. Would it be value for money to apply for the grant and add in the heating controls? I ask as it is a small house, and I don't really feel the heating controls would be worth the extra cost.

4) Is the Vokera 15 he any good?

5) Can you recommend someone that could do the job for me? (PMs welcome)
