As mentioned above WELCOME10 only works for new accounts, you do not need to create new email accounts, if you have gmail you can add a dot . before @gmail.com eg email@gmail.com with e.mail@gmail.com em.ail@gmail.com,etc they will reach you account, also with hotmail you can create alias that will arrive in your email account.
