Double glazing and wrapping costs

Looking at a house for sale in Dublin at the moment that needs new Windows, and think getting it wrapped might be a good idea. House is 4 bed semi with 7 average Windows and one small one, sliding patio door and front door. Anyone have a recent ball park cost for this? Also I'm guessing the wrapping would be about 8.5k…
