We have a 1 year old staff and had an infection in her right paw recently and was limping for some time but that seems to have cleared up following antibiotics etc and a couple of visits to the vet (initial cause was a a cut that became infected )

Cue yesterday, she was in day care and came home limping again...i checked her rh paw and it seemed fine and touched her left (which looks perfect) and she was pulling it away and seemed to cause discomfort.... but on her left paw :(.... the limping seems to only be when shes been sleeping and does seem to go when shes moving about but... I cant help but want to bring her to the vet again... but i cant imagine getting much other than a bill and tell her to rest.. .. does anyone else experience this from day care etc, just general war wounds ...? She is a very heavy player to be fair..

She's probably been using the left side more to compensate for the right side being injured. With mine I'd rest her for few days and if there's no improvement/it gets worse then take them to the vet. Rest means rest - a quick walk on lead to go to the loo and no more.
