Room thermostat and manual timer question

    Hi I just have a question and it sounds silly. How does the room thermostat work in conjunction with the manual boiler timer? I have a manual 24hr Grasslin timer and Flash thermostats one at the hallway, bedroom and upstairs. I am confused on how the time and the thermostat work together? Does this mean I can set the HW and CH switch to constant and it will switch on and off according to the set temperature of the rooms? Thanks for your help and advice.
