Sometimes looking up a movie or TV series on Imdb the lead actors are way down on the list of credited actors. Especially with TV series you might have to pass by "van driver" or "lady in queue" to see a main actor listed. It doesn't seem to be alphabetatical (although it it is in some cases). It's probably listed in the order of either billing, appearance or alphabetical.

As for which one - it's whatever the actual movie credits went with I'd imagine..
