    It applies to older people than that too. I reckon it applies to people born from around the mid 1970s onwards - although it's likely worse the younger people are.

    Being a teenager or early 20-something now must suck in some ways because of social media. I know teenagers are the same people essentially whatever the generation, but environmental factors are important in shaping us, and social media is a massive element the likes of which there has never been anything remotely as comparable.
