Much as I love the B17 and have one both of my bikes (with a Brooks flyer on the hack) they're not the aesthetic sought after by many roadies. Very comfortable, quite heavy, and very retro. Black one is €73 on bike-discount. Probably not much use to you but I've an unused black Ergon SRX30 same as the one below available. Just measured and 145mm at its widest.

My sit bones measure 130mm and I find the original thinly padded specialized Romin 155mm more comfortable than anything I've ever ridden... hence why I'm selling a brand new phenom.... I was measured several years ago in Cycleways, and I recon their recommendation that I use a 155mm was pretty accurate.... To satisfy my own curiosity I have tried various specialized saddles if different widths... 143mm was really unsupportive and uncomfortable, and the 168mm was just too wide and seemed to get in my way...
