    Hi all
This is Not another block/timber frame thread

We have a potential problem with our new home .
When we viewed the show home and paid deposit we were told the house would be the identical to the show home. But what's been built is different they built a block house and made our kitchen totally different.
can the builders do this without informing us ?

It's all about what's in the Contract. For example were detailed drawings included as an addendum to the contract.

No amendments were made to contract and the house was be built per the show home and brochure and it wasn't. I have sought legal advice already just wondering how this can happen and can this happen

No detailed drawings only front and side elevation
