    Hey guys,

    First venture onto this forum but I'm asking for a friend. Model is HVF 344 and they keep getting an error message saying 'Control Panel F12' and the machine won't work.

    I suppose what they want to know is whether the machine has bit the dust or can it be fixed.

    f 12 is a problem with the module not a diy job, it is fixable but at a cost. probably better off to replace it
