Looking for opinions on the best route to go down in relation to hip impingement issue? It has been giving me issue for well over a year. Have seen physio's who have just mobilised it with internal/external rotation etc. I want to get a right diagnosis on it as it is gone on long enough now. Thanks

Surely if you are saying that you have hip impingement you have been diagnosed with a scan?

Have you had MRI’s, MRI’s with contrast or just going off what physio’s have said?

Apologies about the late reply and thanks to everyone for the replies.
I am just going off what physio's have said for now. I am going to get an MRI and it will give me a better idea once and for all. Any recommendations about to go and see after I get my MRI? Sentry Sports clinic seems to be the best around in these cases?
