I am looking for advice. We are a small agri contracting business. Our busy months are from March to Sep, We usually don't have trouble getting staff but can see this becoming more difficult. We took on 2 good workers this year and would like to try and hold on to them. We have a well equipped work shop with plenty of space. We could take on some sort of manufacturing or assembly of equipment.

Would anyone have any ideas or know of any companies that specialize in this type of outsourcing
