Will Query

Very messy will here, father is divorced and has stated in his will that everything is to be left to his two children. He was living with his partner at the time and their relationship was a shambles but she will be looking for her share, they lived together for circa 10 years.
This gets even messier. Her sister is a solicitor and handled a house sale of the deceased shortly before his death, the proceeds from the sale are with that solicitor and she is now not responding to the Childrens solicitor. My question is what can you do with a solicitor who will not respond? And what is the partner likely to be entitled to?

Sorry. Cannot give legal advice here. Talk to your solicitor. Thread closed
