Parcel is in clearance - How to contact?

    [font=Arial, Helvetica]I bought a projector from Gearbest.com (China) and the tracking is saying that my Parcel is in clearance since 08th of September. I would like to know how do I contact them to check what is wrong. If I have to pay, how much and where do I go to get this solved.[/font]

    Who is doing the delivery if anpost contact dmc@revenue.ie include tracking number, maybe handy to also include a copy of the paypal payment to calculate what is due. If other courier like DHL, UPS, etc you need to contact them.
