To explain further my wife passed away in June, she hadn't reached pension age yet so there is a death benefit payable from the PRSA she held with Zurich. Hi All

Should this be included under Part 4 (6) - it states life insurance policy, technically the pension isn't life insurance policy. But it asks for policy number which I have

Or should it be under Part 6 (3) - this seems more correct but they ask for 'Name of beneficiary', but there was no beneficiary listed under her pension. The lump some would be paid to her estate.
