Revenue CA24 form - Pension Query

    Hi All

    Another query from me. I'm looking for clarification on where you should pension amount on the CA24 form. To explain further my wife passed away in June, she hadn't reached pension age yet so there is a death benefit payable from the PRSA she held with Zurich.

    Should this be included under Part 4 (6) - it states life insurance policy, technically the pension isn't life insurance policy. But it asks for policy number which I have

    Or should it be under Part 6 (3) - this seems more correct but they ask for 'Name of beneficiary', but there was no beneficiary listed under her pension. The lump some would be paid to her estate.
