    we dont know why when we top up and it always take 25% away.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Did you put the account into your name when you moved in?

    If there is 25% being deducted from every top-up, this means there is likely a balance owing from when the meter was installed. This will continue to be deducted at 25% until cleared.

    If you were not registered at the property when the meter was installed, the balance on the meter can be reset. If you didn't already do so, we recommend calling our colleagues on 1850 305 090 to arrange to put your name on the account.
