    Hi,

    I'm wondering has anyone had a problem with this site? I've created my account without any problem but when I go to verify/upgrade it and fill in my PPSN, name, mother's name etc. I am getting an error message saying some of the info is incorrect.

    Any ideas?

    Check to ensure that all of the names that you input are exactly the same as those that were previously registered.

    For example, say that I've always been called "Jimmy", but my birth cert shows my name as Patrick James - then I need to use those names for validation.

    Failing that, use the help options - they came back to me very quickly when I had a problem with an email address.

    Make sure your name is exactly as it is on your PSC card. My middle name is on my card even though I never use it and it wouldn't accept my reg without my middle name

    Thanks for the replies. No joy however.
    I've tried all versions of my name but nothing doing. I might call into the office today to see if they can help.

    Stupid question, I presume the phone was 'verified' when the PSC card was setup?

    I'm a bit concerned as the text said I have 48 hrs to complete the setup.

    Use Firefox mozilla browser, are you using an older version of Google Chrome, it could be why an error is showing up.

    I get as far as sned code to verified number ( verified in welfare office a few days ago). I get the code but after entering it the system tells me its wrong. It then logs me out of the site. Iv resent the code multiple times with the same result

    What else would you expect in Ireland i guess.
