Lenovo Yoga 510 Black Screen?

    I bought a lenovo yoga 510 14' for work on Saturday, barely used it still setting it up really & last night it went into restart loop around 4 times ('windows has detected a problem & going to restart' then a % scan)... Then a black screen & nothing!
    The power button light comes on & the fans start up but nothing else :(
    Ive tried to reset it by holding the power down for 1 minute, releasing & then pressing it again but still nothing except this morning after letting the battery discharge fully overnight & connecting the charger I got 'lenovo... Please wait' but nothing happened after that.
    Tried to reset a few times again but still nothing
    I've checked the dimness levels & tried pressing all the f keys, also tried hooking it up to TV with HDMI to see if it worked as a monitor but nothing...
    It's very disappointing as it's brand new & I really need it for work!
    Does anyone have any insight please?
