    Can someone please tell me...
    If a government body holds personal information on me like driver Licence history ( NDLS )
    Am i entitled to this free of charge, under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 Section 12 ?

    The 2014 Act gives a right of access to records, not information.

    If the body concerned holds records which contain the information that you're looking for (and if the records are covered by the 2014 Act) then you can get access to the records. But you can't require the government body to trawl through the records, extract the particular information that you are interested in, and send it to you.
