Hi just wondering how much time people rest up after running a marathon. I know everyone recovers at different times, and it takes more of a toll on some then others. But has anyone ran two marathons in the space of 3 or 4 weeks, I ran Kilkenny marathon on Saturday and even though it was tough I have no major aches or…

Hi just wondering how much time people rest up after running a marathon. I know everyone recovers at different times, and it takes more of a toll on some then others. But has anyone ran two marathons in the space of 3 or 4 weeks, I ran Kilkenny marathon on Saturday and even though it was tough I have no major aches or pains. We've been invited to Galway for a few days, and I was thinking of doing the Galway bay marathon on 7th October. I'm tempted to give it a shot, anyone have any advice wether this is a good or bad idea . thanks
