    Hello signed up online almost 3 weeks.ago to get the best but so far haven't heard a thing.... Is it not automatic or do i need to call up to arrange installation?

    We require the following details to check on the status of your request:
    • Your name as it appears on your account
    • Your address
    • Your account number/MPRN/GPRN
    • Your contact number
    • Confirmation you are the intended account holder (Yes/No)

    Hi Aoife. Just got home from holidays and the nest thermostats appear to have updated (17th October). Now my downstairs thermostats is controlling upstairs and vice versa.
