leaving job to do a pic course

I was planning to leave my job to do a college course but have found out about these plc//vtos courses in IT but why should I leave my job and pay for this course when I will get no welfare to support myself and I hate my job it's a crappy minimum wage job nothing special it's going nowere anybody got any advice I'm stuck

Have you looked at Springboard courses, a lot of the IT courses are free to people working and can be completed part time.
