I ask because I have an 80 series Landcruiser with some modifications. I've heard that some vehicle modifications now require an engineers's report.

Not in the last 12 mknths been in with around 4/5 years.. Modification report are used for blantant susp changes etc. And/or where the frame of chassis has to be modified and or repaired
