Natural gas vs kerosene heating

Hi all Does the recent SEAI study suggest that kerosene is cheaper than natural gas? There doesn't seem to be much in it. Presume the BGE standing charge is included in the calcs. www.seai.ie/resources/publications/Domestic-Fuel-Cost-Comparisons.pdf Am i interpreting it correctly? William
