Fees in UCD

Hi This may be a stupid question but can anyone explain why fee into UCD are say over 7000E for Science and in DCU its only 3043 for student contribution?? There is a course that only UCD does that i really want to do but I had assummed that the Student Contribution would have been similar to DCU.

You may be looking at the fees for non-Irish students - fees are €3000 regardless of course (if this is your first course), with a student contribution of approximately €250

It is because its not my first course ðŸ˜¢ Sadly full fees for me.
