File System Type on Dell Inspiron 1750

I'm trying to recover data from a WD hard drive that was in a Dell Inspiron 1750 (running Windows 7 64bit).

The recovery program has asked what the file system type is (ie NTFS, FAT16, FAT32 etc).

Anybody know what default file system type was? The service tag is DJ6BSJ1 but I can't seem to find any further info on the Dell website...
