Good shower fan required

Our bedroom has a glass-wall ensuite; the current extractor fan (ceiling mounted, under attic) is just OK, but we're getting condensation on the wall just outside the shower which then runs down (not good).

Would this do the business? I'm judging by comments and by the air flow capacity (256 cubic feet per minute), or is higher possible?

Or perhaps this which has multiple outlets and the fan/light combo could be directly mounted above our shower (where there's currently an inline light)

Either one will be a huge improvement on the bog standard extension fan as these are designed for smells.

What other ventilation is in the room? You need an air flow so if you are extracting air through the fan another air source into the room. Whitout it you'll have a vacuum effect & the fan won't be able to move the air around
