    Scam,why didnt Liveline pay the 700 and then see if he would pay and then report it,would save alot of people money.

    700 is nothing to them,they could have paid it and would save anyone that was willing to risk it there money,it would have also made for a better story.
    I know its a scam but other people would fall for it.
