    Hi,

    Has anyone here got experience of the quality assurance process as a sole trader/independent provider?

    Specifically what is the level of policy/procedures expected? There is a lot in the guidelines - self- assessment regarding organisational structure , management, human resource etc. But as a sole trader, delivering a number of component certs with no plans of expending,or hiring others, this does not seem to apply in my case.

    Any advice or feedback is warmly welcome.
