Recently went Vegan 12 weeks ago , anyone recommend a vegan doctor in Dublin that understands the diet fully .
Been on the diet 12 weeks and originally going great so much power . But have hit a major wall last 2 weeks , weakness fatigue all day and foggy sort of mind .

Try the dublin vegans facebook page, believe there were some on there.

Do a blood test to see if you are missing anything. Make sure you are supplementing if you are, you need to take note of things like B12, although you would not notice that after a few weeks, you may not be eating enough as we get to eat more!

As was mentioned make sure you're getting enough calories, eat B12 fortified foods and make sure you're getting enough good plant based fats.

A blood test probably wouldn't be a bad idea.
