Tickets are first come first serve and its for free. Its the IFI's Open Day. Best to line up on hour or a bit more before the film if you want to get tickets.

So went and seen this in the IFI today and it was in screen 3 on Blu-Ray but looked amazing. Loved it the sound to was much better in a cinema than what you can get at home. There is just nothing like seeing one of your favorite films on the big screen and yes screen 3 in the IFI is quite big. It was also great to see so many other Trekkies there to. It was nearly full. Great to see Trekkies wearing Star Trek shirts and tops too and yes I had a Star Trek shirt on and a Jumper.

If you ever get a chance to see one of the old films in the IFI or any cinema I would highly recommend it.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.
