well lads my brother has bought a new shotgun so im substituting my licence on to his old gun, but the problem is ive been waiting 6 weeks for the sub and still no word, my father done a sub the same week as myself and has his licence back 2 weeks, my brother needs the number off my licence for his application before he can send off for his own sub and i was wondering is there any way he can send off his application before mine comes back ?

Get the firearms dealer of his new gun to hold his existing gun until your sub ia sorted. Might charge a small fee but will release his licence for a sub.
