Hi I keep receiving instant email notifications whenever someone posts in any of the threads i follow, despite the fact i have the option selected to receive no emails. PLEASE make it stop :( it's clogging up my inbox and wrecking my head. Thanks Have a great day.

You need to also disable the notifications for any already subscribed threads. The change you made isn't retroactively applied.
