WRC High Court case about Complainant Attendance

I remember a few months ago hearing about a WRC adjudication hearing where the complainant could not attend after being allegedly unfairly dismissed as they had moved to Canada and had just started a new job. They had legal representation but the respondent tried to have it struck out. It went before the High Court on that point of law as far as I can recall.

I cant find anything on the internet/wrc site/courts.ie about the case. Does anyone know anything about it/how it was decided etc.
