Hkc alarm panic button

    Hi my panic putton is saying open tamper and I cannot set the alarm any ideas what I can do to clear this and set the alarm.

    There is either a spring or a switch behind the panic button that has activated. Open the panic button to see or is the button loose causing the tamper switch to activate. In the mean time if you need to set your alarm you could close the panic button loop by joining the wires together. This fools the system to think the button is ok,

    Thanks, I opened up the panic button yesterday it was it was not loose il check the spring or switch when I get home .its ok to twist them wires together
