    Hi,
I don't know the answer to your question, but I think it may vary a lot. When I applied for a managerial position in LIDL it actually took them around two months to get back to me after I sent CV (it was a slightly different process) and to invite me for an interview. Many people say they have applied 2-3 times before they eventually got to an interview stage... They have lots of candidates, but it also happens a lot that the new recruits do not last... For that reason I would definitely recommend that you think twice whether you want this job and are prepared to do it...

Thanks for the input. I understand what I would be getting myself into 60-70hrs a week with a lot of hard work. Always the possibility of burn out and high stress levels

And just to keep in mind that you rarely get your full break and can be expected to be called to work at an hours notice.

I'm aware of all the negative aspects but still think it's the right fit for me

What is it about the job that appeals to you if you don't mind me asking? Good for CV/remuneration/etc?
